Sarah, a native Hattiesburger, and Brian met in culinary school at Johnson and Wales University in Charleston, South Carolina. They each received Bachelor's degrees in food and beverage management and Associate's degrees in culinary arts. Later, they studied abroad in Germany at the Deutschland Wein-und Sommerierschule under an intensive program dedicated to wine knowledge where they tasted over 500 wines and received their European wine certification. After traveling throughout Europe, they worked in the food and wine business in Charleston for 8 years. In 2013, they relocated to Hattiesburg and opened Twin Forks Wine + Provisions. With the help of their staff, they happily run the shop with their two kids - Birdie and James, their sweet pup Ebby, and two new kittens - Simon and Phillip.
