ABOUT TWIN FORKS
Sarah, a native Hattiesburger, and Brian met in culinary school at Johnson and Wales in Charleston, South Carolina. They both received Bachelor's degrees in food and beverage management and Associate's degrees in culinary arts. Later, they studied abroad in Germany at the Deutschland Wein-und Sommerierschule, where they tasted over 500 wines and received their European wine certification. After traveling throughout Europe, they worked in the food and wine business in Charleston for 8 years. In 2013, they relocated to Hattiesburg and opened Twin Forks Wine + Provisions. At this quaint little shop, you may be greeted by their cat Hemphill, dog Ebby, or their daughter Vivian, nicknamed Birdie!
